The menu at Taste of Bollywood was given extensive attention and details to by Alok Pratihar. He graduated from Dardar Catering College with Hotel Management degree, worked at Taj Hotel in Mumbai, two years with U.S base Royal Carribbean cruise line and live in Miami until moved to New Jersey, then worked with Royal Albert Palace and Moghul. In 2002 Alok opened up his first restaurant called Chopstick I in Edison which is 10 years old now and Chopstick III which is 4 1/2 years old now in North Brunswick, New Jersey.
The prolific menu offers authentic Northern Frontier dishes from India. The master chef prepares
fresh spices using rock pestle and mortar from scratch every morning for day to day use.
Allowing us to deliver only the freshest cuisine possible. The restaurant goes to the beyond limit to deliver authentic Indian food along with extra attention given to the presentation of each dish served. A definite getaway to India’s rich heritage infused with all modern day comforts.
